Important to know that the Project Converter does not convert C++ projects !!

The Project Converter does not convert C++ projects !! As far as I can see it is not implemented.

Fails if regional settings (culture) use comma as decimal separator

Converter fails if computer's regional settings specify a comma as a decimal separator. It happens because code uses Convert.ToDouble() in a way that depends on regional settings when it should not...
